Author’s Note

In the past decade, I have deliberately led a slower, reflective and mindful lifestyle as a poet, a coach, and a leader in the architecture and construction industry while being fully present to all that was unfolding in the busiest season of my life. I found real power in being my creative intuitive self in all domains of my life.

I invite leaders, professionals, parents, caregivers, business owners, graduate students, and all those who are at crossroads in their life, business, or career to consider this approach to find clarity, courage, and conviction and thrive in transitions. 

My clients and I have used this framework to navigate transitions, which include both life and career milestones like taking on a leadership role, shaping career pivots, taking career pauses for caregiving, growing a business, beginning studies, or advancing personally and professionally.
